The vision of VCUSA is to build up leadership through Fellowship, Inspiration, and Training (FIT). Our goal is to fulfill a worldwide vision to plant churches around the world through our churches in the USA and Victory Churches International. We are an apostolic and prophetic movement that believes in 5-fold ministry.
Our History
Pacific Revival Center is a Full Gospel, Word-based church located in Waipahu, Oahu, committed to reviving souls and restoring lives. Since 1994, our mission has been to reach, teach, and mobilize believers to share the gospel with confidence—wherever and whenever the opportunity arises. Through passionate worship, intentional prayer, and Spirit-filled teaching, we empower individuals and families to renew their minds, discover their purpose, and walk boldly in their faith.
We are more than a church—we are a family. Whether you're from Honolulu, a military family stationed on Oahu, or a local resident seeking deeper meaning, we believe in helping you become everything God created you to be.
As part of our global vision, Pacific Revival Center is proudly affiliated with Victory Churches International—a dynamic church planting movement with over 2,400 churches across 41 nations. Together, we’re raising up leaders, equipping believers, and sending them out to make a lasting impact—starting right here in Hawaii.

Prayer Sessions:
Wednesdays, from 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM.
